Since BEST-EX, INC. introduced CENTRI® Air precleaners over 15 years ago, we have taken great pride in leading the industry with the best warranty in the business. BEST-EX, INC. is pleased to announce another improvement that makes CENTRI® the best there is, the best there was, and the best that will ever be in the precleaner industry!

We proudly introduce the CENTRI® "NO-HASSLE" Lifetime Warranty. What does this mean to you and your CENTRI® customers? It means that every CENTRI® unit now carries a Lifetime Warranty on the complete CENTRI® unit. This includes the bearing/impeller assembly, as it has been in the past, the hood, and precleaner body. In short, everything!

What do we mean by "No-Hassle"? That's simple to explain. "No-Hassle" means that we do not require the customer to jump through hoops to file a warranty claim. Our customers do not need to provide a proof of purchase, paid receipt or a warranty card on file at BEST-EX, INC.

All that is needed to process a warranty claim on a CENTRI® unit is to contact BEST-EX, INC. by phone, fax, or e-mail, and request a RGA (Return goods Authorization) number. Once that is done, just return the CENTRI® unit to BEST-EX, INC. and we take care of the rest.

How does CENTRI®'s warranty and service compare to our competitors? That's easy to answer. Our competitors don't compare to CENTRI®. Here is how they stack up:

Sy-Klone TM only offers a two-year warranty on their composite unit, and they state in their product information that the Sy-Klone TM unit is designed to last just 6,000 to 8,000 hours.

Enginair TM offers a lifetime warranty on the entire unit, but they require the customer to provide proof of purchase, they must have warranty on file with manufacturer, and provide an invoice copy.

Turbo II TM only warranties their bearing and impeller for life, and they also require proof of purchase, and invoice copy, and a warranty card on file.

CENTRI® provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the entire unit , including impeller, stainless steel body, aluminum hood and all assembly components. We do not send the part to the customer, and ask them to repair our product.
