Three remote mounted Model 600HD/LCB Spinner II centrifuges on a Caterpillar 3612 engine used in natural gas compression service. In this installation the oil supply is obtained from the oil pump discharge and delivered to the centrifuges via steel braid hydraulic hoses. The 3) 16 gpm Model 600HD's then filter the oil and return it to the sump through the crankcase door drilled and threaded to accept a 3 inch (75mm) fitting. |
